Drive EHS initiatives through proactive risk management
Oversee implementation of EHS Management System
Manage and mitigate occupational health and safety risks
Support environmental compliance and inspections
Lead, coach, and develop EHS Advisors and teams

Requirements:
At least 7 years of progressive EHS experience
Preferred background in nuclear or fabrication environments
Relevant post-secondary education in Safety or Engineering
CRSP certification is required; others considered
Strong digital proficiency with EHS tools
