We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual to join our Fabrication Department. This position is ideal for someone with a trades, fabrication, construction, mechanical, or similar hands-on background who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform fabrication and assembly work using hand and power tools
Measure, cut, drill, grind, and prepare materials as required
Read measurements, work instructions, and basic drawings
Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Maintain a clean and secure work area
Follow all health and safety procedures
Assist with other production duties as required

Qualifications:
Previous fabrication, trades, construction, mechanical, or manufacturing experience




Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Able to lift and handle materials as required
Safety-conscious and willing to learn

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
