Duties
Measure and prepare surfaces for siding installation using hand tools and construction techniques
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate application of siding materials
Install different types of siding including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or composite panels with precision and care
Use caulking techniques to seal joints, gaps, and edges for weatherproofing and insulation purposes
Lift heavy siding panels safely and efficiently, following proper ergonomic practices




Perform minor carpentry tasks as needed to ensure proper fitment and finishing details
Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to meet company standards and client expectations

Qualifications
Proven experience as a siding installer or in construction with a focus on exterior finishing projects
Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes
Robust knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and carpentry fundamentals
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during material handling and installation tasks
Experience with caulking techniques for weatherproofing and sealing joints effectively
Handyman experience or general construction background is highly desirable
Excellent physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
