Serve guests courteously and promptly with their drink orders, requests, and queries. Have detailed information about our drinks menu, as all food orders are not taken by our servers (Buffet Restaurant).
Must have Smart Serve Certification in order to apply.
Guest experience is of the utmost importance for your role.
English language fluency is the single most skill required.
Ability to buss and reset/setup tables with ease and speed.
Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
Have up to date information on menu, drinks, specials and reservations. Bartending experience is a huge bonus!
Follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management.
Must possess solid organization time management skills, attention to detail.
Must be guest service focused and a team player with a positive attitude.
Qualified in demeanor and presentation.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.




Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
