Side Hoe Operators - 6 & 1 - Accommodations Provided + Daily Allowance - Fort McMurray, AB

Sureway Construction Group is seeking experienced Side Hoe Operators for their Fort McMurray operations. This is a seasonal, full-time chance involving heavy civil earthworks, mine operation, and aggregate extraction. Ideal candidates are reliable, hard-working, and able to work in physically demanding conditions, with a robust commitment to safety.

What You’ll Need
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a Side Hoe operator
Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground services
Personal reliable vehicle
CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
Ability to work 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1 schedule
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)
Successful completion of Company Orientation and site‑specific orientation
