In this position, you will bring a Master’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in youth engagement within healthcare settings.
Your responsibilities will include developing training for service providers, leading the creation of engagement tools, and collaborating with various agency leaders to implement quality engagement practices. Key Responsibilities:
Develop engagement supports with templates and resources
Act as an expert on engagement principles for the team
Deliver training sessions for CYMHA service providers
Lead development of engagement-related knowledge products
Convene networks to inform youth and family engagement practices
Requirements:
Master’s degree in relevant field
Minimum 5 years in engagement practices
Advanced knowledge of youth engagement principles
Solid facilitation and interpersonal skills
Valid Ontario driver’s license and bilingualism
