Develop and deliver recreation therapy programs
Facilitate activities with volunteer assistance
Assess and improve program efficacy consistently
Coordinate meaningful family trips and celebrations
Maintain accurate program documentation Requirements:
Qualification in Recreation Therapy or similar
Experience in non-profit program delivery
Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
Solid ability to manage tasks independently
