Reporting to the Director of Energy and Sustainability, this position tasks you with managing a comprehensive Energy Management Plan (EMP).

You'll use your technical knowledge in energy markets and building systems to enhance energy efficiency measures and drive retrofitting projects. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze energy consumption to identify optimization opportunities
Lead energy audits and feasibility assessments
Develop strategies for carbon reduction projects
Oversee implementation of retro-commissioning efforts
Monitor energy project performance and savings Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years of energy management experience
CEM or LEED accreditation preferred
Proficient in Excel and energy analytics software
