As a key player in the Office of the Vice-President, External, you will manage high-profile events that reflect Brock's core values and strategic objectives.

From budget oversight to post-event analysis, your project management skills will guide the entire event lifecycle. Collaborate closely with various departments and external partners to deliver exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and execute impactful high-profile events
Develop comprehensive plans covering all event aspects
Lead post-event analysis, identifying trends for future events




Coordinate with internal and external partners for seamless execution
Prepare materials for senior leadership and key participants Requirements:
Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Extensive experience with large-scale event management
Robust analytical skills for post-event evaluations
Ability to independently manage multiple projects
