Drive reliability in hydroelectric assets as a Senior Reliability Engineer – Electrical at Columbia Basin Trust in Castlegar. Enhance maintenance programs and lead projects to improve performance. In this full time role, you will implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs and provide leadership for equipment reliability.
This position requires managing technical projects and ensuring compliance with reliability standards to maintain asset performance effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance programs using CMMS
Lead equipment reliability and maintenance planning
Manage and execute reliability-focused engineering projects
Enhance engineering practices and documentation
Support incident response and conduct root-cause analyses Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility
At least 7 years’ experience in relevant engineering fields
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with positive record
Proficient in engineering-related software applications Utilize your skills in engineering and project management to contribute to the reliability of Columbia Basin Trust's hydroelectric facilities.
