Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Dispatcher to coordinate and manage transportation logistics within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing logistics, coordinating transportation schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between our drivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, ensuring timely deliveries.
Communicate with drivers to update them on routes, safety issues, and any changes.
Monitor the location of vehicles and provide updates as needed.
Resolve operational issues and customer inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of daily operations and communications.
Prepare and submit reports on transportation activities.

Qualifications




High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or transportation is a plus.
Proven experience in a dispatcher role.
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and transportation regulations is an advantage.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
