Responsibilities
Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools following health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Assist with food handling tasks when needed, supporting food preparation and service staff
Organize and store clean items efficiently to facilitate smooth kitchen operations
Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by helping with light cleaning or prep tasks as directed




Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe workplace for staff and guests

Experience
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and cleaning tools is advantageous
Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation practices is beneficial
Experience working in hotel or food service settings demonstrates adaptability in quick-paced settings
