Responsibilities
Ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly throughout your shift
Assist with preparing fresh salads and ingredients according to restaurant standards, supporting the culinary team in food prep tasks
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including proper waste disposal and organization of supplies
Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ensuring all food handling procedures meet safety regulations
Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests




Help with basic food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables, chopping ingredients, or assembling salads under supervision
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and uphold a positive, energetic work atmosphere

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important
Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and sanitation standards is a plus
Kitchen or hospitality experience can enhance your ability to excel in this role
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced setting
