Responsibilities
Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold health standards
Prepare fresh salads and ingredients according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas
Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and quality standards
Organize and store clean items efficiently for quick access during service
Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area by assisting with light duties as needed
Skills
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and food safety protocols
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and cooking skills
Ability to handle food safely and responsibly in accordance with health regulations
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues
Experience in food handling, serving, or hotel environments is a plus
Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
