Organize and update data related to vehicle maintenance, dispatch operations, and customer accounts.
Monitor databases to ensure information is accurate, secure, and available when needed.
Perform regular database backups and restore data when required.
Manage user access and permissions to protect confidential company information.
Identify and fix database errors, system issues, and data inconsistencies.
Maintain database security and help prevent unauthorized access or loss of information.
Improve database performance and make changes when operational requirements change.
Assist with transferring and integrating data between dispatch, accounting, fleet management, and other company systems.
Maintain database documentation and records of system updates, backups, and changes.
