Duties
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and availability for food preparation.
Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of kitchen staff.
Support food safety protocols by following proper sanitation procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen supplies efficiently to optimize workflow.
Help with general kitchen cleanup, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and maintaining a tidy work environment




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service and uphold high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices.
Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures within the food industry.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or bending.
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
Basic understanding of kitchen operations including dishwashing, cleaning routines, and supporting food service activities.
