Responsibilities
Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Ensure all items are stored properly to prevent cross-contamination and maintain organization in the kitchen
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes during busy service periods




Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food safety protocols
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and robust work ethic
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory
Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
