Your role will center on developing actionable capability roadmaps and defining technical standards to address security needs. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that enhance the security posture and infrastructure alignment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a security capabilities roadmap
Define and enforce technical security standards




Engage stakeholders for prioritizing security initiatives
Present roadmap to executive stakeholders for alignment
Facilitate decision-making through data-driven expertise Requirements:
7+ years in program management, 4+ in cybersecurity
Deep understanding of network security architecture
Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security
