In this position, you'll work closely with the Trauma Coordinator to provide immediate support to organizations during critical incidents.
Your sound knowledge of psychological care in trauma contexts will directly contribute to enhancing employee wellbeing. This role focuses on timely interventions and sharing summaries of crisis interactions. Key Responsibilities:
Intervene effectively in crisis situations
Offer support in post-traumatic contexts with employees
Share detailed clinical summaries of interventions
Collaborate continuously with the Trauma Coordinator
Use effective communication strategies with management Requirements:
Relevant university degree in psychology or social work
Valid skilled practice license
Liability insurance and crisis management experience
Flexibility for daytime availability during interventions
