We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer experiences through efficient food preparation, attentive service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Serve customers with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive dining experience
Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures
Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food preparation and serving tasks




Ensure timely delivery of orders to minimize wait times and optimize customer satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and food safety standards
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
Basic understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
