This role involves managing new claims via telephone, email, and fax, ensuring productive responses to complex inquiries. Operating from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday, you will contribute significantly to the claims creation process and provide top-notch service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Document and enter claims reports efficiently
Triage recent claims as directed by the Claims Advocate
Identify loss types and coordinate necessary resources
Oversee email communications from seven different boxes
Provide training support for succession planning needs Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in customer service
Insurance industry background preferred
Required post-secondary education
Experience in call center settings is a plus
