Drive strategic inventory management as a Demand Planning Manager at Silk & Snow. Focus on demand forecasting across channels in a cooperative, growth-oriented setting. In this pivotal role, you will own the 12-to-18-month rolling demand forecast for retail, wholesale, and DTC channels in Canada and the US.

You will partner with various teams on promotional planning, inventory targets, and supply chain management, ensuring high service levels while optimizing working capital. The position also involves coaching and developing a team of Demand Planners to enhance analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Manage 12-to-18-month rolling demand forecasts
Collaborate on consensus forecasts with Sales and Marketing teams




Oversee inventory forecast and budgeting with Finance
Lead end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process
Champion Current Product Introductions and End-of-Life planning Requirements:
University Degree in Supply Chain or related field
3+ years in demand/supply chain planning roles
Experience in high-growth environments
Strong fluency in Excel/Google Sheets
Familiarity with demand planning platforms like Shopify Utilize your expertise in demand forecasting, planning, and team leadership to significantly impact Silk & Snow's operational performance.
