Here's a Brief Overview Of The Tasks And Responsibilities
Take charge of support requests and contribute to the resolution of incidents and problems;
Act as a dispatcher in the claims management process;
Configure, maintain and evolve development infrastructures;
Develop, program, deploy and upgrade common tools and modules;
Perform unit, functional and integrated testing;
Ensure the maintenance and evolution of software and software packages related to development infrastructures;
Produce, update and maintain technical documentation;
Install, certify and support common tools and modules in different settings;
Accompany users and provide the necessary support to maintain the expected levels of service;
Leverage expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization;
Carry out operational requests related to the position,



including occasional support outside of normal working hours;
Perform any other activities required for the project.

The Profile We Are Looking For Is As Follows
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst-programmer, including at least three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a development support role;
Minimum of four (4) years of experience with C# and/or VB.NET;
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in server component development (backend);
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Azure DevOps;
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with one or more of the following technologies: PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, BizTalk or YAML.
