Drive process improvements, enhance forecast accuracy, and collaborate with teams for inventory management. As the Demand Planning Manager, you will oversee accurate demand forecasts and analyze business trends for TTI’s iconic brands like Milwaukee®, RYOBI®, and Hoover®.

Your expertise will ensure a seamless supply meets promotional demand while optimizing inventory levels. Collaborating with Sales, Channel, and Product teams, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement to support account growth. Key Responsibilities:
Develop budget with Sales and Finance teams
Drive supply chain process improvements and implement recent tools




Collaborate with the customer inventory team for optimization
Monitor forecasts and present updates to leadership
Analyze demand patterns and adjust forecasts accordingly Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
5+ years supply chain experience
Proficiency in ERP Systems like SAP and Excel
