Experience: 2 - 3 This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting and financial operations of a group of five auto parts companies across Saskatchewan and their associated property portfolio, including the planning, execution, administration and supervision of all financial and accounting functions.

Duties will include
Collaborate with managing partners to analyze financial data, deliver key reports, and guide intelligent business decisions
Coordinate tax compliance and year-end review with external accountants and managing partners
Set up current financial policies and polish existing procedures
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all financial matters
Prepare financial month-end Bank & Account reconciliations
Lead, train and supervise accounting support staff
Prepare journal entries and resolve discrepancies




Oversee Accounts Receivables / Payables
Complete tax filing (GST, PST)
Complete and submit documentations for administration of advantages such as pension plans, leaves, employment and medical insurance Skills - Ability to create and refine company financial processes across multiple companies
