A critical function of this role is to bridge data management and donor stewardship by utilizing Raisers Edge NXT.

You will ensure compliance with CRA tax receipt guidelines and handle database documentation. Collaborating with various teams will be key to developing effective fundraising strategies and communications. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain confidential and accurate donor records
Establish data dictionaries and documentation tools
Generate performance reports to guide fundraising decisions
Support the Fund Development team with operational tasks
Drive process improvements to optimize workflows Requirements:
Experience in eTapestry and Raiser's Edge NXT needed
Degree/diploma in a relevant field preferred
Solid analytical and communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
