AdaptAbilities is hiring a Respite/ Disability Worker - Team Lead for our St. Albert location. You will supervise Community Specialists, oversee program planning, and ensure services align with participant goals and outcomes.
You will lead frontline staff, foster dignity and empowerment for people with disabilities, and collaborate with the Program Supervisor to maintain a protected, supportive workplace. This is a full time role reporting to the Program Supervisor.
