About the role

RGI Systems is a small agency, and we're growing faster than our admin can keep up with. We're looking for a part time Customer Success Rep to be the person who keeps things running — talking with clients, staying on top of our inboxes, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a work-from-home role, but we're hiring locally in Peterborough so we can meet in person when it makes sense.

If you're organized, a strong communicator, and the type of person who genuinely likes tidying up a messy system, you'll do well here.

What you'll do
Communicate with clients by email, phone, and video — answering questions, sharing updates, following up
Manage and triage shared inboxes: reply, sort, flag, and escalate
Handle day-to-day admin: scheduling, data entry, CRM updates, document prep
Keep internal files, folders, and trackers organized and current
Build and maintain simple processes that keep the agency running smoothly
Flag issues early and follow up until they're resolved

What we're looking for
Excellent written and verbal English — you'll be representing us to clients
Solid organizational skills and real attention to detail
Comfortable with everyday tools (email,



Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, CRMs)
Self-directed — you can work independently without someone checking in hourly
Reliable internet and a quiet space to work from home
Located in or near Peterborough, Ontario

Nice to have: previous customer service, admin, executive assistant, or agency experience.
