- Manage recruitment lifecycle for merchandising positions
- Source candidates and conduct initial resume screenings
- Conduct interviews via Zoom and telephone
- Maintain communication with candidates during hiring
- Handle onboarding and prepare employment offers Requirements:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced settings
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
- Knowledge of retail recruitment processes
- Experience using ATS for candidate tracking
