Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves performing a wide range of construction tasks, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to complete projects efficiently and safely. The Labourer will contribute to residential, commercial, and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities
Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safely and effectively
Perform asphalt raking, base preparation, topsoil and sod laying
Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and tile laying
Support carpenters with framing, forming, and finish work
Place and distribute construction signs according to plans
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency




Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction-related roles
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation
Knowledge of asphalt paving, concrete pouring, and general carpentry
Experience with electrical systems is a plus
Robust understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
