Key Responsibilities
Manage daily digital operations, workflows, and business systems.
Coordinate projects and operational activities across multiple departments.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
Monitor KPIs, reports, service performance, and operational results.
Coordinate with technology vendors and external service providers.
Develop procedures, documentation, and workflow standards.
Support leadership with digital transformation and operational planning.

Qualifications




3–5 years of experience in digital operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related field.
Post-secondary education in business, technology, operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with digital platforms, business applications, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Pay: $78,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
