Parkland County is seeking a Director, Strategic Growth to lead strategic planning and oversee Economic Growth and Land Management. The role reports to the General Manager, Corporate Services and drives initiatives to diversify the county’s economy while aligning with our values and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years in strategic growth, with solid leadership, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
