Facilitate connections to community resources
Emphasize culturally-based practices in support plans Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Human Services or Indigenous Studies
3 years of relevant community service experience
Must have Anishinabek ancestry for cultural relevance
Valid Driver's License and access to reliable vehicle
