Duties
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address questions, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously

Utilize analysis skills to assess customer issues and recommend effective solutions swiftly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions,



and feedback in our database systems
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences during every interaction

Skills
Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
Multilingual capabilities; fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base
Excellent analysis skills to evaluate customer inquiries and determine appropriate resolutions
Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling and promoting additional products or services
Exceptional communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette
Customer service expertise with a friendly, proactive attitude that fosters trust and satisfaction
