Job Title: Terminal Clerk

Location: Vaughan , ON

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday , 7 :00 am - 3 :30 pm

Pay Rate: $ 19 .00 /hr

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Terminal Clerk ( Data Entry ) for a future chance to join our client in the transportation industry . In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining transportation and shipment information while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of a fast-paced workplace.
Enter and update transportation and logistics data accurately via TruckMate
Process shipping, delivery, and driver documentation.
Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required.
Communicate with drivers, customers,



and internal departments regarding documentation and data discrepancies.

Qualifications
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
Preference to those experienced with TruckMate
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
