Join Arc'teryx as the Director of Process Operations, focused on governance and performance metrics. As a leader within Process Operations, you will modernize project management practices and reinforce transparent portfolio oversight. Design and scale PMO capabilities for I2C/GTM initiatives
Facilitate governance forums to drive decision-making efficiency
Build consistent processes within the I2C business model
Lead cross-functional programs for predictable project outcomes Expertise in developing and executing PMO methodologies
Ability to interpret and communicate performance metrics
Elevate governance standards and operational performance at Arc'teryx through effective project management.
