We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Part Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will assist with motor licensing and ensure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. We want to invest in someone who wants to make insurance a career!

This role could be a full time role open to a self declaring Indigenous, Metis or Inuit person because of grant requirements from the IBAS Indigenous Broker Development Program. This is an in office role in the town of Windthorst, Saskatchewan.

What We Offer We offer a competitive wage with rapid growth opportunities and wage increases, a dollar an hour for every level of licensing achieved. $22 an hour in the first year is possible. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8 AM to 4 PM. Paid sick days and vacation days. All training and education are free. Relocation/hiring bonus is negotiable for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner




Provide accurate information about insurance products, policy coverage, and claims processes
Assist clients with motor vehicle transactions, policy changes, renewals, and billing questions
Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our BMS system
Uphold compliance with industry regulations and company policies

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not required (insurance experience is a solid asset).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and customer service software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is an asset
Willingness to grow your career by taking exams and further education to obtain insurance certification. This education will be paid for by Pipestone Insurance.

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
