About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our construction and landscaping team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on concrete experience and is comfortable working as part of a crew on residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
Perform concrete finishing and flatwork
Assist with forming and preparing concrete surfaces
Set forms, grades, and elevations as required
Place, level, screed, and finish concrete
Assist with preparation, pouring, and cleanup
Operate basic hand and power tools safely




Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements
Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of concrete/construction experience
Experience working as part of a concrete or construction crew
Experience with framing, forming, concrete finishing, and flatwork
Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
Reliable transportation is an asset
