Duties
Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft to record, analyze, and reconcile financial data
Perform detailed account reconciliation and bank reconciliation activities to maintain precise financial records
Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including account analysis and budgeting documents for management review
Support payroll processing by ensuring accuracy in employee compensation records




Assist with corporate finance activities, including financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required with proven experience in accounting or finance roles
Solid proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft
Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and auditing procedures
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial services functions
Familiarity with corporate finance principles including budgeting and account analysis
Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams in a rapid-paced setting
