About us lendsimpl is a mortgage brokerage in Scarborough, Ontario. We're building out our Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts presence and need someone to make the videos.

The work

10 short-form vertical videos per month, ongoing. All 10 are filmed in a single batch session at our Scarborough office — one weekday visit a month, roughly a half day — then edited on your own schedule.

This is a positive fit if you're early in your freelance work or building your client list. We care about the work, not the years.

Scope per month
Contribute video ideas and write short scripts (we provide topics and direction)
Film all 10 videos on-site in one session — our team is on camera, not you
Edit and deliver 10 finished vertical videos plus raw footage
Captions, text overlays and straightforward graphics included
Content is a mix of straight educational pieces and lighter, meme-style videos

Requirements
You must be able to travel to Scarborough on a weekday each month. This part is not remote.

Your own equipment — a current phone,



a light and a clip-on mic is genuinely sufficient. We're hiring for editing and ideas, not gear.
Reliable delivery within 7 days of each shoot and transparent communication
Comfortable working as an independent contractor and invoicing monthly

No mortgage or finance experience needed — we'll brief you on that side.

Good to know

We're a regulated business, so all scripts are approved before shoot day and final videos are approved before posting. You'll always know exactly what can and can't be said, and nothing is improvised on camera.

lendsimpl retains full ownership and unlimited usage rights to all raw footage and finished videos, including for paid advertising.
