COOK – QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANT

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Evening Cook to lead our small fast-food kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals efficiently, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. If you excel in a fast-paced setting and have strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items promptly and consistently according to recipes and quality standards.
Manage food preparation during peak hours while maintaining a smooth workflow.
Assist and support team members with any challenges in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory, request supplies as needed, and minimize waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring proper sanitation practices.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.

Qualifications & Skills:




Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a rapid-food or quick-service environment.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Experience with Mexican cuisine is highly appreciated.
Must be able to lift heavy weight.
Must know how to chop vegetables .
