Design specialized menus focused on therapeutic needs
Perform nutritional assessments and recommend interventions
Deliver effective education to residents and families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
Identify and mitigate nutrition and hydration risks Requirements:
Degree from an accredited Food and Nutrition program
Member of College of Dietitians of Ontario/British Columbia
Minimum 2 years in Long Term Care experience
Understanding of dietary and nutrition regulations
