We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to schedule service calls, coordinate technicians, and communicate with customers regarding water filtration installations and repairs.
Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch technicians
Answer customer calls and provide updates
Manage daily service routes and appointments
Maintain accurate records and work orders
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service or dispatch experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace
Full time position with competitive pay. Pay: $18.00 per hour
