As a Caseworker, you will collaborate with the Program Manager to facilitate fine option programs and ensure compliance with community service placements.
Your responsibilities include participant registration, placement monitoring, and community education regarding restorative practices. This role is perfect for individuals committed to social justice reform and rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities:
Register participants in crime prevention and diversion programs
Connect registrants with appropriate work placements
Help develop recent work partnerships with the community
Assess placement agencies for program compliance
Manage and complete documentation as required Requirements:
Secondary education or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 1 year of experience working with impacted individuals
Understanding of restorative justice and harm reduction principles
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
Must have cleared Criminal Record Check Contribute to meaningful social changes through your role as a Caseworker!
