Manage complete claims litigation processes from onset to closure
Work alongside Claims colleagues on assessments and strategies
Participate in mediations, trials, and discovery processes
Offer legal training and guidance across the team
Suggest process enhancements to reduce risk exposure

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in relevant litigation
Law degree from an accredited institution
Member of Ontario’s legal regulatory body
Proven skills in negotiation and communication
Trial experience preferred; driver’s license needed
