Finbar’s Irish Pub is hiring a Line Cook for our restaurant in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

Compensation and benefits
$18.50–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Tip-out program paid weekly; recent average is approximately $3.00 per hour,
Consistent full-time hours available year-round

Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations
Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstation
Assist with food preparation, inventory, receiving, and closing duties as needed
Work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Qualifications
Previous line-cook or professional-kitchen experience




Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of protected food-handling and sanitation practices
Reliable attendance, strong organization, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of a kitchen role
Availability for a consistent full time schedule
