Mondays 9AM to 5PM, Wednesdays 12 PM to 8PM,Fridays 9 AM to 5PM, and Saturdays 8 AM to 4PM.

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

The shifts are Mondays 9AM to 5PM, Wednesdays 12 PM to 8PM,Fridays 9 AM to 5PM, and Saturdays 8 AM to 4PM.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients upon arrival.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain and update patient records.
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, text message and in-person.
Process insurance claims and handle billing.
Working with recall and perio pending lists.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.




Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.

Qualifications:
Dental Administration/Receptionist Diploma or Certificate.
Minimum 1 years of previous experience as a dental receptionist.
Proficiency in dental practice management software.
Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Friendly and professional demeanor.
