PART-TIME DENTAL RECEPTIONIST

Vancouver Dental Specialty Clinic is seeking an exceptional, experienced, and highly professional Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for a patient-focused, detail-oriented professional who understands that the reception team plays an essential role in creating a positive, seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, personable, and capable of maintaining a high standard of professionalism in a busy specialty dental environment.

Key Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office / minimum 2 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH
Qualified, courteous, and confident manner with patients
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Dentrix




Experience with appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, billing, payments, and insurance/CDCP inquiries
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team workplace
Solid work ethic, reliability, and commitment to exceptional patient service
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately.
