Sky Dental is seeking a friendly and skilled Receptionist to join our dental team! The Receptionist will be the first point of contact to welcome patients, provide exceptional customer service and administrative support

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients in a skilled and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform data entry tasks accurately
Assist with administrative duties as needed

Skills
Proficient in computerized systems for appointment scheduling and data entry
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent customer support abilities
Experience in office administration is preferred
Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
