Offer recommendations based on customer preferences (spice level, vegetarian, Jain, etc.).
Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
Serving Food & Beverages
Serve dishes in the correct order, ensuring presentation is appealing.
Know how to describe items like naan, biryani, dosa, paneer, etc.
Serve water/refreshments and refill as needed.
Clean dishes and stocking as required
Handling Customer Inquiries & Complaints
Address concerns promptly and politely.




Involve the manager when needed.
Always maintain a respectful tone, especially if the customer is unfamiliar with Indian cuisine.
Table Maintenance
Regularly check on guests (e.g., “Is everything to your satisfaction?”).
Explicit plates, refill water, and ensure cleanliness
Billing & Payments
Present checks promptly.
Thank guests after payment and invite them to return.
